Upon the wings of a fairy.
In a land so distant.
Things are far from ordinary.
Life seems to pause for an instant.
Magic lingers, tales arise.
Songs sung of heroic deeds.
Each morning with the sunrise,
Men arrive upon their steeds.
Mystical, yet so gallant.
Are these riders from afar,
Looking for the assailant?
They look from near to far.
Ever questing, always searching.
Shall they encounter what they seek.
For knowledge they'll be reaching.
In its grasp they seem so meek.
Kind of heart, strong of mind.
Loyal and trusted, the realms through.
Men such as these are hard to find.
Least ye spend ye life for the crew.
Dawn til dusk, they rest.
Closing tired eyes for a while.
Dusk til dawn, they do their best.
To protect the world without guile.
Guardians they may be.
Watching over us all.
Saving the realm for you and me.
Thank them? Yes we shall.
